The landmark tower of the beautification and greening and upgrading project of Airport East Road in Jinwan District is located at Airport East Road. It will undertake the vital task of creating a new urban landmark in the Jinwan District.

Our design inspiration comes from the unique aviation characteristics of Golden Bay. The rotating and rising posture symbolizes the modernization and vigorous development of Golden Bay.

The logo tower adopts the central axis rotation design technique to meet the multi-angle and all-around viewing needs. The whole tower body is twisted around the vertical structure system, and the east airport road is used as the sea and land junction. The waterscape and road are intertwined as a concept. The shape is derived from the aerodynamic flow lines of the air bypassing the fuselage when the aircraft is flying, using Maya and Grasshopper software, carrying out a parametric simulation to form an organic form.

The landmark tower has three main components: the three-story exhibition and retail space in the podium on the ground floor, the dining space in the middle, and the open observation deck on the top floor. The multi-height experience space allows tourists to see the panoramic view of Golden Bay and the surrounding area from different angles.

The designer seeks an overall design form by combining the landscape and the logo tower design. The project organically combines artificial and natural, aiming to create a brand new urban landmark for the Jinwan District of Zhuhai.
