In July, the International Landscape and Green Development Seminar was held in Qinhuangdao, Hebei. The seminar was hosted by the Hebei provincial housing construction department, the Qinhuangdao municipal government, the Asian Landscape Achitecture Society and the Gardening International Competition Organizing Committee, the Qinhuangdao City Administration Bureau, the Chinese Landscape Architecture Website, and the World Garden Magazine.

Eva Castro and Chuan Wang, were invited to participate in the conference and worked with more than 20 experts from China, the United States, France, Singapore and South Korea to discuss landscape and urban development strategies, explore the landscape design and practice of waterfront city, sponge city and characteristic town.

Experts have shared wonderful lectures on the experience of sustainable environmental development in various countries, innovation cases of landscape space design, design inspiration and process, and comprehensive practice management.

PMA conveys our thoughts on landscape urbanism. Eva and Chuan put forward to think about the relationship between the two concepts of landscape itself and landscape urbanism, and how to combine the elements of the landscape with the urbanization to form an organic whole. At the same time, they introduced the practical works in this field, and interviewed by the media.
